Keyboard

Every live key on the desk.

Live keys follow a layer model. Bare digits recall scenes. Shift selects media. Alt or Option arms sets and does not load a scene.

The help sheet in the top bar lists the same registry as this page. The tables below are that registry.

When keys do not fire

Space and arrow keys already act on a focused control. The handler does not double-handle them on INPUT, TEXTAREA, SELECT, BUTTON, or a content-editable field.

Undo and redo skip text fields. They still run when focus is on a slider, checkbox, radio, or button.

Digit shortcuts read event.code (Digit1Digit9) so Shift+1 and Alt+1 stay stable across layouts.

Detached output

The /drift/output window only handles F for fullscreen.

Envelope keys

A modulation envelope can reserve a key with Set key. That key fires the envelope. The UI warns if the key is already reserved.
